One has nearly lost it all, the other holding green
Maybe one was carrying so much
Branches let go leaves with just a touch

I didn’t know we’d meet
When you said “Hi” and passed me by
My heart, it skipped a beat

The next ones were an offer
And I could feel the heat
You looked into my eyes real wide
And said to me “Let’s Eat”
